Extremely aromatic and very limited production organic honey, from our hives, located at high altitude.

By exceeding the strict criteria of organic beekeeping, we are reaching the limits of biodynamics.

The forager bees collect the honeydew secretions of the fir trees and wild herbs in the area. This results in a fairly thick honey with a wonderful taste.

Without treatment and feeding, these swarms suffer heavy population losses every year.

Inevitably, the cost of losses is offset by the very high quality of their honey.

It can be consumed:

For breakfast: Add a spoonful of Hondoshoney Premium Forest Honey CL2406 to yogurt or cereal for a nutritious and delicious breakfast.

In beverages: Mix Premium Forest Honey in hot water or tea (not exceeding 45°C) to reap its beneficial properties and strengthen the immune system.

As a snack: With bread, breadsticks, rice cakes, or crackers for a quick and energy-packed snack.

Or simply: Even a teaspoonful on an empty stomach in the morning helps the body to quickly absorb all of its beneficial ingredients.
