Extremely aromatic and very limited production organic honey, from our hives, located at high altitude.

By exceeding the strict criteria of organic beekeeping, we are reaching the limits of biodynamics.

During the flowering period, foraging bees collect the honeydew secretions of the fir tree and the wild herbs of the area. This results in a fairly thick honey with a wonderful flavor.

It is worth mentioning that without intensive treatments and feeding, these swarms experience large population losses every year.

It can be consumed:

At breakfast: A spoonful of Hondoshoney's Premium organic forest honey CL2406 on yogurt or cereal for a nutritious and delicious breakfast.

In beverages: Mix Premium Forest Honey in hot water or tea (not exceeding 45°C) to reap its beneficial properties and strengthen the immune system.

As a snack: With bread, breadsticks, rice cakes, or crackers for a quick and energy-packed snack.

Or simply: Even a teaspoonful on an empty stomach in the morning helps the body to quickly absorb all of its beneficial ingredients.
