To be precise, it contains over 200 substances, with proteins and amino acids, lipids, fatty acids, carbohydrates, and sugars being the predominant ones.
It is rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and has strong anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, thus protecting our immune system.
DOSAGE:
It is recommended to start with a small quantity (e.g. 1/4 teaspoon) to avoid possible allergies, increasing gradually.
It can be added to yogurt, juices, smoothies, cereals or even plain.
Its taste varies (aromatic, slightly bitter) depending on the source.
STORAGE: Keep it in the refrigerator for one year or in the freezer for two years.
