10g package containing Fresh Greek Organic Royal Jelly (including transport packaging and measuring spoon).

Dosage: In the morning, before breakfast and under the tongue.

The daily dose for fresh royal jelly is up to half a gram (equal to the spoon in the package).

After taking the 30 doses (the contents of the package).

There should be a 30-day break between taking each vial.

For athletes and people with health problems (after consulting your doctor), the daily dose can be up to one gram (two teaspoons from the package).

Storage: Royal jelly deteriorates when exposed to high temperatures, light, and atmospheric air.

We keep it in the refrigerator for a month or in the freezer for a year.
