Διατίθεται σε συσκευασία 10γρ. που περιέχει νωπό Ελληνικό Βασιλικό Πολτό (περιλαμβάνεται η συσκευασία μεταφοράς διατήρησης θερμοκρασίας, καθώς και ο δοσομετρητής).

Dosage: 

The daily dose for fresh royal jelly is up to half a gram (equal to the teaspoon of the package) daily.

After taking the 30 doses (the contents of the package).

Please note, that should be a 30-day break between taking each vial and no more than 3 vials per year.

For athletes and people with health problems (after consulting your doctor), the daily dose can be up to one gram (two teaspoons from the package).

For best results, coffee or cigarettes should not be consumed for at least 30 minutes after taking it.

Storage: Royal jelly deteriorates when exposed to high temperatures, light, and atmospheric air.

We keep it in the refrigerator for a month or in the freezer for a year.

However, we avoid taking Royal Jelly by people who have experienced allergies to honey, pollen, and propolis.
