Hondos organic forest honey is an extremely aromatic organic honey produced in very limited quantities from our high-altitude beehives.

Climate conditions alone determine flowering and production; we only harvest the surplus honey (no more than 60%).

By exceeding the strict criteria of organic beekeeping, we are reaching the limits of biodynamics.

Treatments: no chemicals.
In organic beekeeping, the use of antibiotics and other drugs to treat diseases for preventive or even therapeutic purposes is prohibited.
The result is lower production but higher quality.

The cost of losses is offset by the very high quality of their honey.
